Vegan Baking for Occupy Wall Street People's Library

My name is Kate Angell and I'm a librarian and a New Yorker. A couple weeks ago I decided to begin baking vegan treats for the volunteers at New York's Occupy Wall Street People's Library.


I believe that there are all sorts of ways to demonstrate solidarity to people who are invested in making the world a better and more just place - and one of these methods absolutely involves baking and delivering delicious baked goods!
